CNY 2008
I've finally got time to spare out for my blog.
Update times!
Few days before CNY was quite crazy, buying Bak Kwa is like the most difficult task ever,
the line was crazy, I queued until outside the entrance of the shop okay -_-
Later at night, watched the special screening of 'Kung Fu Dunk' before it is out in cinema during cny =D
and again being a Jay Chou fan, I must go support him la!
The movie overall is quite similar to Stephen Chow's movie; Shaolin Soccer.
Whereby its just about playing games with kung fu.
With Eric Tsang in it, there's quite alot of humour.
Of all the movie so far, I'd still prefer Jay in 'Secret'.
Then, during the CNY eve, had reunion lunch & dinner at home.
Supposedly had a reunion lunch with former colleagues as well; but was forbidden to go out, since mum wants me to be home for reunion.
During the first day of cny, as usual, visit relative @ bangsar.
Kind of like distance relative. I know NONE of them, yes NONE~
Been visiting them every year for the past 20 years, except for the year after my grandfather has passed away. We usually depart from our hometown to bangsar, but just recent years we didn't go back to the hometown during the eve. So, we celebrate our own cny eve.
I only remember their faces. Don't even know their names -.-"
My cutie pie cousin that owns 'ah wong' hairstyle.
He requested that for hairstyle himself, haha how adorable.
Another cutie pie.
Left, is the older brother; younger brother on the right. erm both of them are having buns O.o ignore that.
The older bro was quite a poser haha, I told him that i wanna take a picture of him and he immediately slipped his hand into his pocket and show only the side face, and and from smiling to acting cooool~~~ Shooo Cute la... hehe
After collecting huge angpaus from them, we went back home for a rest.
Then left about 3pm for paternal hometown. Spent a night there without computer and TV.
Really suffering okay. The only entertainment was to play cards.
Played like mad while laughing our butt off. Its my first time laughing so hard while playing cards.
My entire family was on vegetarian during the whole day.
Couldn't eat bak kua at all. Sad case.
Siblings waited till 12am sharp to buka puasa haha.
We gobbled down as much as possible like we've never eaten before -.-"
Second day of CNY.
Went back to maternal side of hometown.
Actually there are still alot of random/vain pictures.
But im so lazy to upload them la.
Let the picture do the talking.
The third day.
Our uncle from JB came back to PJ with us, so we brought them to visit the temple.
Same as last year (><) the same day, same venue, but different people. Fuo Guang Shan @ Jenjarom
This round they have mini sculptures of the famous buddhist building.
*i've no idea what buildings are these*
This picture is just like a painting!
Love the koi fishes =D
They have a huge tanglung surrounded by loads of pretty flowers.
Pick the bookmark printed with wishes then write your name on it and after that hang it on this tree.
Make a wish while holding the red cloth in your palm and throw as high as possible to the tree!
After that, went to Morib beach, just like last year.
Little bro flied a kite.
Up up in the sky!
That pretty much sums up my first 3 days of CNY.
Will update more when I've got the time! =D
Ciaoz...
